Construction method of eps color steel plate exterior wall panel

During construction, the assembly position of the color steel sandwich panel should be marked on the cylindrical surface first. At the same time, the top surface of the foundation should be leveled with cement mortar or fine stone concrete. When installing the color steel plate, 20mm thick cement mortar should be used, and the degree should be controlled by wooden wedges, and the 1:3 cement mortar should be embedded at the joints.

In addition, after the eps color steel sandwich panel is leveled and straightened, both ends of the top surface should be fixed with stainless steel connectors or steel plates with a thickness of not less than 4mm and treated with anti-rust treatment. The other end of the connecting piece should be connected with the concrete embedded piece or hooked to the flange of the steel column.

Secondly, the joints at both ends of the board seam should be coated with adhesive. Angle steel support shall be provided for every 5 transverse plates, one leg of the angle steel is welded with the concrete embedded part or the steel cylinder surface, and the other leg is fixed with hollow nails into the transverse plate. The upper skin of each layer of wall panels or the outer wall panels of the entire room should be inlaid with homogeneous sand aerated concrete blocks, and the block fixing method should be constructed according to relevant rules. When using color steel plates, bolts should be used to fix the structure. 

In addition, the joint between the fireproof color steel plate and the foundation and the seam between the color steel plate should be sealed with sealant. The width of the seam at the end should be 10-15mm, and the glass wool or rock wool should be filled in the seam, and sealed with sealant after embedding the PE rod.
