Costa Rica metal warehouse construction project completed - Yirong sandwich panel creates efficient warehousing solution

In February 2025, the metal sheet warehouse project customized by Yirong sandwich panel supplier for Costa Rican customers was officially completed. The total construction area of the project is 240 square meters, adopting an innovative design of full steel structure frame and metal enclosure system, perfectly integrating functionality and economy.

Structural design highlights

Main framework: Q355B high-strength H-beam is used as the load-bearing column and main beam, with a seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees.

Purline system: C/Z-shaped steel composite purlins are optimized and arranged with precise spacing control of 1.5 meters, achieving even distribution of roof loads.

Enclosure system: The walls are made of 0.5mm aluminum zinc profiled steel plates, and the roof is made of 0.6mm color steel plates, which have both fire and waterproof properties.

Technological innovation breakthrough

The roof adopts hidden buckle connection technology, with a wind lifting force of up to 1.2kPa, suitable for the tropical climate of Costa Rica.
