EPS Sandwich Panel

EPS sandwich panel, also named EPS sandwich panel/ foam panel/ clean room panel. Polystyrene sandwich panel(EPS Sandwich Panel) is a new type of construction panel which made of outer layer both sides of prepainted steel sheet and inner layer of polystyrene. EPS sandwich panel is composite two layers prepainted steel sheet and (EPS) polystyrene hard foams.

Usage: Mainly used for building wall, roof insulation, composite board insulation, cold storage, air conditioning, vehicle, ship insulation, floor heating, decoration carving, etc.

Characteristics of EPS panel:

a. EPS sandwich panel can maintain the main layout of the building to extend the life of the building. Because the external insulation is to place the insulation layer on the outside of the structure, the stress caused by the deformation of the structure caused by the temperature change is reduced, and the corrosion of the structure by harmful substances in the air and ultraviolet rays is reduced.

b. EPS sandwich panel is beneficial to keep the room temperature stable, and the external wall insulation is used, because the heat storage capacity of the wall can be arranged on the inner side of the wall, which is beneficial to keep the room temperature stable.
