Color Steel Tile

Color steel tile, also known as color profiled tile, is made of color-coated steel plate as raw material, and is formed into various wave-shaped profiled boards by rolling and cold bending.

Color steel tile is suitable for roof, wall and interior and exterior wall decoration of industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, and large-span steel structure houses. It has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, rich colors, convenient and quick construction, earthquake resistance, fire resistance, rain resistance, long life, maintenance-free, etc., and has been widely used.

Single-layer color steel tiles are generally used in workshops and other places with low requirements for thermal insulation and sound insulation. Compared with asbestos tile, color steel sheet has the advantages of good mechanical properties, large span, irregular opening treatment, convenient construction, beautiful appearance and slightly higher price.

In addition, color steel plates can have different thicknesses and different surface coating treatments, which are directly related to the mechanical properties, anti-corrosion durability and other qualities of color steel plates, and the prices are also quite different.

Feature of color steel tile

1. Light weight: 10-14 kg/square meter, equivalent to 1/30 of the brick wall.

2. Thermal conductivity: input <=0.041w/mk.

3. High strength: it can be used as a ceiling enclosure structure board, which can bear load, resist bending and resist compression; general houses do not need beams and columns.

4. Bright color: no surface decoration is required, and the maintenance period of the anti-corrosion layer of color galvanized steel plate is 10-15 years.

5. Flexible and fast installation: the construction period can be shortened by more than 40%.

6. Oxygen Index: (OI) 32.0.
