What preparatory work should be done before the installation of the clean room panel?

Purification board also known as clean room panels, are composite panels made of color-coated panels, stainless steel and other materials. Due to its unique dust-proof, anti-static, anti-bacterial and other functions, it is widely used in purification engineering fields with strict indoor requirements such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing and scientific research.

Preparations before installation of clean room panels

1. Raise the height of the purification workshop panel according to the provided drawings and the measurement ratio of on-site practice, and pop up the center line of the ground guide rail through the intersection of the two edge closed center lines and the ground. Make sure the four wires are on a plane and perpendicular to the wall in the back unit.

2. The requirements for equipment clean room panels must be standardized. The interface must be strengthened and repaired, and nailed or screwed to the cement ceiling every 600mm. For example, if the unevenness of the ground is too obvious, it needs to be leveled so as not to affect the adjustment level. Every 600mm, fix it to the floor by tapping or screwing. If floor joints are too large, they should be filled with joint filler.

3. Cut and close the edges according to the actual measurement, and trim the edges after cutting. It is necessary to ensure the regularity of the purification workshop panels together, and the joints should be seamless. For every increase of more than 3 meters in the horizontal keel, a purification board should be installed at 1.2 meters in the vertical direction. When there is a stack at the junction of two clean room panels, the length of the stack should not be less than 10 cm.
