1. The roof is re-waterproofed as a whole

This scheme can make the color steel plate roof form an integrally connected waterproof layer, and it is recommended to use self-adhesive membranes. Self-adhesive membrane is a waterproof sealing material that can be bonded to the base surface by itself. It is divided into two types: self-adhesive with tire and self-adhesive without tire. It is composed of tire self-adhesive upper and lower self-adhesive with tire base sandwiched between them, the upper covering is vinyl film, and the lower covering is peelable silicone oil film. The tireless self-adhesive is composed of self-adhesive, upper vinyl film and lower silicone oil film.

The product is self-healing, that is, when the membrane is punctured or embedded with hard objects, it will automatically integrate with these objects and still maintain good waterproof performance. The upper skin is made of pure metal aluminum foil, which has the effect of heat resistance and heat insulation, so that the temperature of the color steel tile can be effectively reduced in summer.

2. Use special waterproof coating for metal roof

Metal roof waterproof coating is based on high-quality polymer resin and refined by adding a variety of special high-quality auxiliary materials. It is a water-based one-component high-elastic weather-resistant waterproof coating. Complemented by the seamless waterproof system formed by polyester non-woven fabric, this system can effectively solve the persistent water leakage problem of the metal roof after anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.
