Performance characteristics of polyurethane sandwich panel
The adhesive strength of polyurethane sandwich panel shall not be less than 0.09MPa, the burning performance of sandwich panel shall reach Grade B1, and the bending bearing capacity of sandwich panel shall not be less than 0.5Kn/m2 when the deflection of sandwich panel is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between supports). The effective width of the sheet is usually 1000mm, and the length can be customized.
The production of polyurethane sandwich panels requires an advanced continuous production line for sandwich panels. The process is cold bending of internal and external galvanized (aluminized zinc) color steel plates, and coating polyurethane rigid foam in the middle to form a 50mm thick polyurethane sandwich panel.

Polyurethane sandwich panel and its process
Continuous production of composite plates can greatly improve production efficiency. Continuous forming process of horizontal composite plate: the foaming machine uniformly mixes the raw materials and sends them to the surface materials moving at a constant speed for foaming. At the same time, the upper surface material is combined with foam to generate a composite plate with surface material on both sides. The materials used as surface materials are mostly aluminum foil and metal materials. In the process of foam transmission, foam is matured in the double-layer pressurized panel, and cut according to the required length to produce the required specifications of plates.
The thickness of the sandwich plate can be adjusted by changing the distance between the upper and lower metal plate conveyor belts of the molding machine and the thickness of the side sealing block. The thickness can be adjusted from 20 to 250 mm. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted steplessly from 1.0 to 25 m/min as required. The width of the plate can also be adjusted from 600 to 1200 mm as required.
The distribution of reaction materials must be uniform in the production of continuous composite sheet forming. The mixing head simply pours materials back and forth. When the plate width is about 1m, the production speed is generally limited to 9-10m/min. Above this speed, when the mixing head moves and reverses, the reaction material is easy to be excessive at the edge of the plate. In addition, the round-trip speed is too high and the operation is unsafe.
